July 2020 Bar Exam Administration Protocols (COVID-19)
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Alabama State Bar has developed bar exam administration protocols for the July 2020 Alabama bar exam. The situation will be monitored closing leading up to the exam, and adjustments may be made to these protocols. Applicants for the July 2020 exam should regularly check their email and this site for important updates.

July 2020 Bar Exam Update - COVID-19 Response
On Friday, May 8, 2020, the Supreme Court of Alabama entered an Order that the Alabama State Bar follow public health restrictions and take necessary precautions during the administration of the July 2020 Alabama Bar Exam on July 28-29, 2020. The Order also grants certain exceptions to the Rules Governing Admission to the Alabama State Bar and the Alabama Rule for Legal Internship by Law Students. These exceptions are available only to those individuals who applied for the July 2020 Alabama bar exam by the deadlines set forth in the Rules.
February 2020 Bar Exam Results
Click here for the February 2020 bar exam pass list and results. Results will not be given over the telephone. Please do not call the Admissions Office inquiring about the release of results or the results for a particular examinee.
